After missing what was essentially the entirety of the 2042 season, Manobu made up for lost time by being honored by the BBA writers as the Frick League Player of the week. In his first week back he posted a .591 average (13-22), 1 HR, 8 RBIs and 5 runs scored.
Speaking though team interpreter, he said he was happy to be back on the field and with his team-mates. He said he was more excited then when his two favorite childhood hero's teamed up to fight the "baddies". Or a least that what his interpreter said.
We look forward to him missing up for lost time, said HC Roberto Ramon.
