With the Free Agent season well underway in the BBA the Wolves release the following press release
Madison - The Madison Wolves have signed Free Agent second basement David Guerra to a four-year contract worth 18.3M.
The announcement was made by President of Baseball Operations and General Manager Mike Simon.

Guerra, 23, is a career .234 hitter with 23 HR and 102 RBI in 325 games all with Charm City. He batted a career-high .283 with 7 HR and 35 RBI in 66 in his rookie season. Guerra has a much needed career ZR rating of 8.86 for the Wolves.
The versatile Guerra has started at every position in the IF except catcher during his BBA career: 205 games at second base, 107 games at third base, 13 games at first base, 7 games at shortstop, and even 1 game as a P.
"This is a guy who can help us replace the loss of Antonio Cruz (who signed with Baghdad) of the UMEBA at 2B for us last year. He's (Guerra) younger and more versatile at many positions than Cruz. A swiss army knife type of player that we are looking to help us." said Yves.
