Kuo was scouted and assigned to Nashville's international complex in 2052. Like his fellow Taiwanese prospect,
Bin-ying 'Bye Bye' Yen, his father works in transportation as a conductor for the Chungyuan railway station. His dream of leaving the island for USA was always in sight and he's worked extremely hard to make it happen.
Heading into 2055, Kuo was just an ordinary teenager in the international complex, however, as the season went along, he really started making some heads turn. He will begin 2056 in rookie ball where scouts hope his bat continues to improve. Although he will be limited to 1B duties, at best, his left-handed bat is good enough to earn a spot on the top 10 list. Breaking into the BBA level at that position will be difficult in Nashville, so his best hope is being traded to a team in need of a power bat at 1B.

Kuo blew up in 2055 and became a player on many radars. He is a LH slugger with good discipline and should be able to replace Bishr when the time comes. He hit just 4 HR in Short A in 2056 while slashing .196/.269/.282, but his has still been promoted to Single A to get extra reps this season. He's already hit 3 HR in his first week there. Hopefully this is a sign of things to come.

Kuo got butchered by '25 in terms of OVR/POT ratings. That beautiful blue turned into a green 50/50. Regardless, Kuo looks like a dangerous hitter, especially against RHP. His .884 OPS in 2058 earned a midseason promotion to AAA and he continued to tear the cover off the ball, ending the season with a 1.000 OPS at AAA. So far in 2059, Kuo has an OPS of 1.033, which is certainly worth of a promotion to the BBA, however the roster is full and he'll have to wait for an injury or trade to open up a roster spot. Bishr is locked up for at least the next two years and bin Nawaf is still in arbitration, so 1B/DH is locked up and it's better for Kuo to get consistent playing time in AAA than sitting on the bench in Nashville.
