Goats of the Month - April
The Nashville Goats finished the month of April with a record of 13-14. While we have a good feeling the offense will produce this season, the Goats will need their pitching staff to be near their career averages and to stay healthy for a shot at the playoffs. With that in mind, here are your Goats of the Month for April:

Offense:
The offensive POM for April goes to the Goats' CF, Abdelwahab 'Gasoline' Kamade. Kamade continued to show why the Nashville Front Office traded for him before the 2036 season by starting off hot in 2038. In April, Kamade posted a .320/.360/.544 slash line, with 11 doubles, 3 triples, and 2 HRs, scoring 15 runs and knocking in 11 RBI, while also stealing 2 bases.

Pitcher:
The Co-Pitcher of the Month for April goes to the Goats' Starting Pitcher, Heinrich 'Cajun' Peithner. The 27yo Peithner wins the award for the first time as a Goat. Peithner finished April with a 3-1 record after 6 starts, his 29 Ks to 14 Walks and 40 hits (3 HR) given up through 37.0 innings led to his 4.62 ERA and 1.46 WHIP led him to be the Goats Co-Pitcher of the Month for April.

Sharing the award for April, is the Goats' Closer, José Luna. The 23yo Luna finished April with an 0-1 record with 6 saves in 12 games. Luna recorded 11 Ks and 4 BBs in 12.2 innings, only giving up 8 hits (0 HRs) leading to a 2.84 ERA and a 0.95 WHIP earning him the Goats Co-Pitcher of the Month for April.
