Goats of the Month - May
The Nashville Goats finished the month of May with a record of 15-13. Not bad considering 18 of those games were on the road. The Goats remained in the playoff discussions though nobody in Nashville was holding their breaths at this point of the season. With that in mind, here are your Goats of the Month for May:

Offense:
The offensive POM for May goes to the Goats' LF, Justin 'The Scout' Jackson. Jackson, the 23yo first round pick in the 2032 draft continues to impress the Nashville Front Office. In May, Jackson posted a .365/.422/.740 slash line, with 10 doubles, 1 triple, and 9 HRs, scoring 21 runs and knocking in 23 RBI, while also stealing 2 bases.

Pitcher:
The pitcher of the month for May goes to the Goats' Starting Pitcher, Kyle Elston. The 26yo Elston was one of the last few to make the ML roster out of Spring Training but he is showing the team he deserved the chance. While Elston finished May with a 1-3 record after 5 starts, his 21 Ks to 9 Walks and 30 hits (3 HR) given up through 33.1 innings led to his 3.24 ERA and 1.17 WHIP outpacing the rest of his team and led him to be the Goats Pitcher of the Month for May.
