Everyone, including KWAK and Bourges, knows 3B Luis Mendoza is the new big cheese in Louisville. He continues to remind people, though, as he won May's top batter in the Frick League. Not letting the rich extension distract him, Mendoza hit .319 with 9 home runs, 20 RBIs and 27 runs scored, as Louisville battles for Heartland dominance.
