Last year was a season to forget for Slugger-for-Life-until-he-isn't RF Semei Kwakou and LF Lucio De La Cruz. They managed to turn it around this season. Kwakou ignored constant trade rumors to put up 5.1 WAR vs RHP and De La Cruz put up 6 WAR vs RHP. Scouts changed their ratings dramatically on Kwakou, grading him out at a 10 CON and 9 POW compared to 9 and 8 respectively last season.

Always nice to see veterans have bounce-back campaigns. That's kind of what I'm banking on for next season.
