Losing in Louisville 1.1 - WTF am I doing here?

Post by Afino » Wed Apr 07, 2010 5:35 pm

No, really?

I came into the OOTP world a good time after the death of the original MBBA. Therefore, I have no fucking clue how this league runs. These thoughts ran through my head...

What am I doing here?

Hell if I know. A good thing though is that this league is using OOTP11 and I feel I have a leg up on the version's intricacies.

Holy shit, there's a lot of talent

Every team is stacked with high-talent, high-rating players. Of course, that doesn't mean shit except you'll have guys that would own the GUBA suck here. We definitely have a couple of those guys in Louisville.

lol @ some of the names

I didn't realize the MBBA had custom ammy's with basically whoever the hell you want in the game. I like this. A lot.

Our team's minor leagues will be located in St. Louis, Birmingham, and Cincinnati.

More on the team's talent in coming news....

You're going to put your AA team up against the MBBA Birmingham Bandits? Should pose an attendance challenge. Or is there another Birmingham, perhaps England?

I'm not worried about my Double A team's attendance.

I think I've been through Birmingham on the way to Chester. But I don't remember it at all.
