In this installment of the Pitching Prospect Tracker (PPT) where a game is analyzed for a pitcher within the Canes’ farm system, the focus will be on Hud Bannon.

The 23 year-old left hander pitched against the Tombstone Geckos on 12-Jul-2045. The Folsom Foxhounds came out on winning end of a 3 to 2 score. Bannon was not involved in the decision leaving his A league record with Folsom at 7-2. During the game, Bannon pitched 5.2 innings allowing 2 runs on 6 hits while walking 2 and striking out 4. Out of his 95 pitches thrown, 60 of those pitches were for strikes.

This performance left Bannon with a 3.25 ERA and a 1.43 WHIP in his 18 starts for the Foxhounds.
