Moonshiners Moniter, 3.0: Make it or break it Sim

After two very successful sims, going a total of 13-6, the Moonshiners face the toughest sim of the season, facing three first place teams. Worse yet, there all on the road. Starting with a three game series against Madison, then Vancouver, and finally ending up with Baltimore, the co-division leader. "This stretch will really test the guys, especially the ones that haven't played much this season." Said GM Jeff Kloes. "It would be nice to have our Washington and Urban on this trip." Despite the loses of stud closer McKinnely Washington and Jake Urban, still likely to be out until the post season, the Moonshiners have been able to put together their most successful month this season. Jose Primo stated "Our rotation has really been strong these past few weeks, we need to keep it up if we expect to win this thing."

Not being able to make trades before the deadline, is proving to be a hurtful thing for this club, as many expected some players to be moved for the post season run. An additional starter would have been great to add to the genius of Lee and Tomlin. However, it seems that Cory Haim is starting to return to his old 1996 form, where he went 19-8 with a 3.02 ERA. This past sim he posted a 3-0 record, with an ERA of 1.31. Additionally, Ronnie Murry has not given up a run since filling in for Washington. If Greenville continues to play like this, having a winning record through this next road stint may be a viable conclusion. Hopefully the sun will "shine" on them this coming sim.

I did make a few changes for you before the last sim....putting Haim back into the rotation seemed like a good idea.

You have CPU back yet>?
