Found this on Deadspin tonight:
Baseball's unwritten rules uncovered after 26 years
I think there are a lot missing, but mostly around etiquette. Don't pause at the plate to admire a sure HR. After a HR, don't round the bases too fast or too slow. If you are nearby and your starting pitcher is about to get in a fight with another player or an argument with an umpire, step in with 10 times the intensity of your pitcher so that you cannot be ignored...better you get punched or ejected than him. For a pitcher, one of the ultimate sins is throwing a punch - on or off the field - with your throwing hand. In a standard retaliation, always hit the target below the neck and above the knees.
All I can think of off the top of my head.
