Why are you here? If you're "all in" with Weaver or BBPro rejoin you big oaf!

Switch back to Weaver II and I will. This sim engine is so God-awful I can't even remember the name of it off the top of my head. What does that say to you? Outside of the fact my memory ain't what it used to be. Exactly.

Oh, and BTW...Verlander. Called it.

No seriously. Take an EBA team. Get used to the sim engine and ratings. Ive been here 3 yrs and still figuring it out. But good fun nonetheless. You write far more articles and team news in the GBC than anyone else. Well, this league is built upon owners bringing their teams to life and writing stories about them. The EBA would be a great way to get into OOTP without ruining a storied MBBA franchise (like I currently am, lol)

OOTP is very deep (and has it's bugs, yes, but still very deep) compared to Weaver and FPS. If you're used to those then this SIM can get damn confusing, regardless of intelligence or wisdom.

Solo a bit and take a team that has low-effort to get the hang of things. I know about 10% of what I could here, I latched on some major things that have helped my team but I know I'm not even scratching the surface.

Except I've heard people calling that since before the regular season was over. ;)

And plenty of people who doubted. I did not doubt. I kept the faith. Yay me.

It's nice to see Detroit not losing 100+ games a year. Sparky's ghost is not wailing daily any longer.

Yeah, I guess he was key to the Jays not finishing behind the O's in dead last... :bag:
