Just wondering which MLB team each GM follows, or are you that rare breed that doesn't follow a team.

Although I've followed baseball since 86 I've never pinned my colours to a team so to say, that was until Christmas when my cousin stateside had gotten tired of me not following a team so as a Christmas gift he sent me some Detroit Tigers merchandise, so he made me a Detroit Tigers fan. So who do you follow?

Been a White Sox fan my whole life. Got my picture taken with the trophy in 2005 and it was awesome.

My cousins a White Sox fan, I think he chose the Tigers because of

1) For some banter between us, see we both follow Packers, Wigan Athletic and the Maple Leafs, so think he wanted a rival.

Or

2) Someone to laugh at.

I'm thinking 2

Now I'd have been a Dodgers fan IF theyd stayed in Brooklyn, love reading about the Brooklyn Dodgers. Infact any historical game I've played I've been the GM of Brooklyn and I either make them stay in Brooklyn or start another game when they move.

Cubs fan my whole life - 1 World Series title and dozens upon dozens of seasons of unspeakably bad baseball, which has prepared me well to lead the Black Sox.

Now the Cubs were the first live game on TV I ever watched, I think but dont quote me the Montreal Expos @ Chicago Cubs was the first ever live baseball game on British TV. Mick Luckhurst (ex NFL kicker) presented it, not sure if it was a 4th July thing, I remember the US commentators knew it was being broadcast over here as they mentioned cricket during the game.

To be honest...(covers head) not really a big baseball fan. Used to be but not much anymore. I keep tabs on the Reds and A's. But couldn't tell you last time I watched a full game.

Wife has never been to a baseball game, so attempted to take her last year to the AAA Indy Indians and it snowed. LOL So that was a first.

More of a football & hockey guy myself.

Oh I love baseball, started listening it on US Armed Forces Radio in 86. Crazy thing is last year was my first live games Red Sox and Yankees in London, real crazy thing I've been to 3 baseball stadiums Cubs, White Sox and Tigers latter 2 their old stadiums on stadium tours. So never seen a baseball game at a baseball stadium

My minor league team is the AAA El Paso Chihuahuas (Padres)

Is that where you practice with ex players then go up against them? I saw something years back, probably YouTube, think but not certain it was a Mets one.

Yep that's the one. Batting practice against Joel Zumaya was a highlight. Even made some contact lol

So cool surprised someone doesn't do it over here with football (soccer), theyd make a killing unless they already do but never heard of one.
