Hey, guys! Hope everyone's doing well. I'm better. Watching Spring Training I'm getting the baseball jitters again. So, a poll. Below is a link to the article on MLB's new rule that is definitely NOT aimed at Capps (it most certainly is) with a vid of said delivery:

I think pitchers are allowed way too much movent already. This hop shit is just stupid. 90% of pitchers balk every other pitch (measured to 5 decimals obviously) already... Some genius reducing the pitch distance by two feet is just awful.

The hop-drag is borderline, and his hop-hop-drag from spring training is definitely a balk.
