Any time I'm watching a sporting event with my fave team, I am constantly switching sitting position for good luck. And sometimes I look away and the team plays great...except I can't watch the game anymore. Anyone else?

I stand when the Cowboys are on offense and sit on the edge of the chair on defense.

My father had a habit of getting away from the room when his team was playing. He did it in Game 7 of the NLCS in 1992, Braves vs Pirates. Sid Bream runs right thru a stop sign and scores off Barry Bonds noodly arm (the hardly moving target vs the "long toss". I was going nuts but I'll be damn if I was going to tell him what happened...

As a Cincinnati Bengals fan, nothing I done worked during their horrendous decade of the 1990's, so I gave up. LOL
Evidently doing nothing has finally worked with them in the Super Bowl this year.

Picking my team to lose or get swept seems to work.
But in seriousness, I have done some things this season with the Bengals. I shaved at Halloween so I could get a Ted Lasso mustache to stick to my face. I didn't shave for 2 months. The Bengals went on the run and I felt I couldn't. I told myself I was shaving after the Titans game, win or lose, because my wife and I were heading to Vegas. They won. Several people said I couldn't shave. I did. Obviously my facial hair played no bearing on the Bengals success.
But with that said, I have worn the save hoodie the last 3 weekends on the day BEFORE the game (will be wearing it tomorrow) and have also worn my same, old, Carson Palmer jersey on game day. I'll be wearing it during the Super Bowl.
