I've been semi-quiet the past month or so, and will probably be a little sporadic the next few weeks. As you may know, the reason for this is that I've been deep in the process of writing and publishing Stealing the Sun, a five-book SF series that I'm having a blast putting out. On top of that, I'll have the first book of what could be a SF/Thriller series out in Febrary...but I digress.

The exciting news is that Book 1, STARFLIGHT has just gone live everywhere.

Here's a brief overview of the book, and linkage to all the places you can get it...

Please don't feel any pressure here whatsoever, but early sales velocity is very important to a book's success. So if you enjoy space based SF and you were already considering reading it, please think about doing it earlier than later. [sheepish grin]

If you read it and like it, book 2 will be available in mid-December. Just in time for Christmas, right?

Book 3 arrives in mid-January.

I don't even like Ron, and yet I read this book in one sitting straight through...I literally couldn't put it down.

I will read literally anything that's well written, and quickly toss aside anything that's poorly written.

So if you like something that's well crafted and entertaining, and fast moving, get this book!

If you're a science fiction fan, so much the better, but I don't think that would even be necessary...good characters, story, just very well done and entertaining

Or...if you just want to support someone who has made all our lives in the BBA immeasurably richer by his contributions, support him and buy this damn book.

Is this where I'm supposed to say they don't call him Genius for nothing?

Just grabbed it from Amazon. Looking forward to diving in. Been a while since I've read SF but it's a favorite genre. Thanks for sharing.

Have I ever told you you're my hero?

I will second all of these great reviews. My 12 year old son read it and when asked he said, "actually...it's really good". This kid is a sci fi nut and avid reader (as in read all of the Harry Potter books in a week), who has read all of the Star Wars books, a few Star Trek books...you name it. He puts this one right up there with them. We'll be purchasing them all. Now if I can just find the time to read.

Please tell your son that he's a very intelligent young man...and that when it comes to reviews his voice is equal to anyone else's (or, as far as I'm concerned, better!).
