If my calculations are correct, I have 226 PPT and some change at my disposal (my current balance + half of previous GM's PPT carried over).

I would like to use the Team Relocation reward to move the team.

I qualify for 3 of the 6 criteria (FI 60 or less, five consecutive losing seasons, and attendance less than 65% of stadium capacity in both the previous two seasons), which means I qualify for double the Ballpark Construction reward.

So we're building a new ballpark!

PPT offset brings total cost to: 200 PPT + $44M

Bonus funds should cover most of the cost, so please take from there first, and then take any remaining amount from in-game. (thanks Jim for being loaded, lol)

The team used to be the Carolina Kraken, so this represents a return to that part of the world.
