Add 5,000 seats (from 50,000 to 55,000): $70,000/100 * 50 = $3,500,000 (out of bonus cash) and 50 PPT
Adjust the fences to increase triples from 1.080 to 1.200 = $2,500,000 (out of bonus cash) and 10 PPT
