He's correct. Didn't post the update here but we found an error in the stadium dues sheet. PHX, EDM and TWC all had a stadium fee step increase happen too early, starting last year. I have added 1.25 million to their bonus funds to fix that. In combination with the correct fee, PHX will need 1.75 million added to bonus cash to get to $0.
