I was going by this. And also can't figure out then why I had a budget of $156 million (it's gone down to $140 now thanks to my owner) and only have $97 in payroll but don't have any money to bid on FAs. About the time I had financials figured out, the game goes and switches everything up on me.

Perhaps someone can help explain why I don't have any available money to bid on FAs for this season with despite having a $43 million difference in payroll and budget (I know coaches and other expenses factor in, but 43 MILLION!!!???????) and usually there was a $20 million cash on my report to help as well.

Like the issue with @Dington I can't currently figure this out. Will look into this this weekend (all finances will be investigated)

This is "fixed". The -20 represents last years carryover, which was already corrected internally.
