2053 - YS9 Convert "SP" to RP (20 PP)

The staff of the Yellow Springs Nine has asked Gerald Rogers to drop his changeup and work less on being able to pitch long outings in exchange for an increase in his velocity.

(I had several candidates in mind and probably overthought this, but he's the one for 2053 who might see the best improvement.)
