Chicago spends 60 (No, 40) PPT to renovate its ballpark

Having a pitcher-friendly park is nice I suppose, but only if you have good pitchers. So we're gonna tweak Black Sox Park a bit to help hitters.

Spend 10 points and $2.5 million to modify "AVG Overall" from .934 to .985
Spend 10 points and $2.5 million to modify "AVG LHB" from .934 to .996
Spend 10 points and $2.5 million to modify "AVG RHB" from .934 to .979

Spend 10 points and $2.5 million to modify "HR Overall" from .934 to .996
Spend 10 points and $2.5 million to modify "HR LHB" from .934 to 1.006
Spend 10 points and $2.5 million to modify "HR RHB" from .934 to .990

That will cost me 60 PPT and $15 million. Please take the $15 million out of bonus cash. Thank you.
