Black Sox spends 70 (actually 60) points

The Black Sox would lke to spend the following particiaption points:
40 points to improve Team Trainer Joe Holden "Prevent arm injuries" rating by 40 points
20 points for $2 million in bonus cash.
10 points to improve Manager Velasco's "Influence Mechanics" rating by 10 points
