The Stars would like to pay the 100PP's in a one off payment of 100PP, we have $18,000,000 cash which we'd like to use as a down payment.

The Stars will then owe a balance of $32M, which we'd like to pay over 8 years which equals $4,000,000 per year on the payment plan.
