Charm City (2 points), Sacramento (2 points) and Chicago (1 point) pool their PPts to a total of 5 in order to give free agent catcher Diesel Dave, All Star, his proper nickname in-game (see Slack conversation from this - Monday - morning).
In other words, we want "All-Star" to be his official nickname, formalizing the legend.
