Bonus Funds Inquiry

For the purposes of transferring bonus funds, what is considered the end of the "off season." Pre-season? Spring Training? Opening Day?

aaron is the keeper of this, but I believe it is until opening day, so you can get them in this sim but that is it.

I haven’t got a cent in there to transfer lol. Looked in the safe deposit box there the other day and all there was in it was a dead beetle, two used bus tickets and a dog-eared “Welcome to Wichita” brochure
