Montreal spends 100 plus 50

Post by drummerJ99 » Thu Mar 12, 2020 6:18 pm

I really hope I'm doing this right. LOL

I'd like to spend 100PP for a new ballpark. Due to Montreal climate, I'm really not sure if grass and retractable roof is way to go. But figured I'd start there and if there's a issue, I can change it. I mean in reality, it's 2042, surely we have a way to grow grass inside? LOL

45,000 seat ballpark - 100PP + $54,000,000
retractable roof - +$5M
grass
Total Cost = $59,000,000

Have bonus funds of 33,950,000, would like to use all that and after the 100PP I should have 112.75. Would like to use another 50 to reduce it by 5M. So If I'm right I should be financing 20,050,000.

Will have Team News tonight or at latest tomorrow night. Working on it now.

Let me know if I messed any of that up.

A lot of people are growing grass indoors these days...

I'm a little disappointed the dimensions aren't in metres.

Good point, never thought of that. As for metres, have to admit I don't even know how to go from feet to meters. lol

Ok...we've all messed up here a little. I think we were reading the Mexico City line on PPT available. Montreal started with 141. So this means you can only spend 100 + 41. Which means you have to finance another 900K (or 20,950,000). Not a major difference, but a difference. :)

Can you update this @arronweiner?

Assumed it was all in the zip file I got form the OOTP ballpark creator site.

BBA has a min. of .800 (and max of 1.200) so you can adjust the ones that fall below as you please. In fact, you can manually adjust any of the factors to your liking if you want, as long as they are between .800 and 1.200.

So there isn't some formula that make them all interact with each other? For example if I changed one thing on the OOTP Park Generator, it affected all the others. So I could just manually adjust to .800 and leave everything else alone?

Does that not apply to this league? I'll have to play around with those numbers more tonight.

The stadium generator will give you estimated factors based on the dimensions and options you put in... but, in reality, you can have the factors be anything you want, even if the left field fence is 450' and 40' tall...

This is actually the stadium that I have in game...not the one on the spreadsheet. What do you guys want to do about it. Looks like we played in Ubisoft Stadium last season. According to this thread we owe $20,950,000 but we should also get our maintenance fees back.
