Chicago Spends 35

After a profligate spending spree the likes of which the Windy City has rarely seen, Chicago has just 37 PPs left to its name. So let’s spend 35 of ‘em, shall we? Please increase the “teach pitching” skill of Black Sox pitching coach Art Messer by 35 (or as much as you can). We know he’s 65, but in 2041, 65 is the new 57 … or something like that. Let’s see if we can teach the old dog some new tricks …
