I have no intention of moving the California franchise, but I'd like to change a couple affiliates to make the organization feel a little more like mine (it's been two full seasons, after all).

I'd like to change two minor league affiliate details:

Black Hills Rally (AAA, located in Rapid City, SD)
Bismarck Churchills (AA)
