Due to Matt's busy schedule I am going to try and help him out with this year's draft. The details of the program are in the link below. Based on time contraints, we will need to have this completed by Friday morning.
You must have at least 20 PP's to participate in this draft. If you're listed here and don't want to participate, just say NO. In order to speed this up, if you want to participate, please send me a list of interested guys and "instructions" via PM as soon as you can and I will forward the final picks list and instructions to Matt prior to Friday's sim. Matt, feel free to make any changes or additions that will help you out. Thanks!

You did the same thing I was doing.... You posted the draft order based on the 1999 standings. I was halfway through with this post and realized the history isn't updated. This is based on the 1999 records, and not the 2000 records.

Reading the below paragraph, I think the order is ok...maybe? I used the 2000 Amateur Draft order, let me know if this is wrong though and I will fix the post. Thanks Chris.
Each offseason, we will set a "Draft" up on the Forums for the SaMLB'er Reward. This will be the same order as the previous season Amateur Draft order. Each team will get a certain amount of time to make their selection, or the next team will be able to select. Teams whose GM has less than 20 PP's banked will not be eligible to participate in this reward. There will be just one round per season, for a maximum of 24 players that can be possibly added to the MBBA each season.

In that case, I suppose you are correct. I assumed it would be based off of previous season's records...

I'm going to cut this off at 12PM Central tomorrow. Based on past participation, if you send me a list of two or three players that should be plenty.

Check that career out!

After reading the first couple of paragraphs, Cabrera screamed Steroids to me. Nice find though. I'll be interested to see how Recte interprets this guy. He looks to be a good power guy if we go off of total accomplishment in Japan. If he goes off of his MLB time, he's a dud.

Trivia: Rafael Roque was once the Brewers Opening Day Starter. We really really sucked in the late 90's and early 00's.
