Madison Spends 90 PP for Stadium and Cash

I built a new stadium last season. According to my math in THIS POST I owe $35 million over the next 9 seasons.

So, let's spend 90 points to add $9 million to my bonus funds. According to the last update from Aaron, Madison was in the red by just over $4 million in Bonus Funds. This should roughly break Madison even in the bonus funds after using part of the $9 million to pay the stadium payment.

Right?

Bonus Funds -4,890,788
Stadum Dues $35 million/9 years is $3,888,889 million per season

So that means I need $8,779,667 in my bonus funds to pay the stadium and get back to even (assuming I didn't lose more this season) So 90 points should cover it.
