PPT Thread Consolidation

One might note that we have now consolidated all the PPT threads into one. Get it here: Official PPT Tracker and Rules

This new thread includes a few small tweaks that were either natural or already being done:

1) Division previews are 8 points (since Team Previews are 6 and League previews are 10)
2) Added 2 points for inducting a player into the team HoF.
3) Removed Twitter for now

In addition:

4) Formalized the Podcast Reward
5) Added the ability to do smaller podcasts for up to two of the required six TNs (one can use podcasts as TNs beyond that, but you must always have at least four fully written TNs).
