PP Reward: Offseason Training Programs

Work with a player to improve a certain attribute during the offseason.

What it Costs:
1) A GM will spend 10 PP to increase an ability 10 points on the internal 1-200 point scale (max 70 point increase).

Who is Eligible:
1) Any player who is 27 years of age or younger.

How it Works:
1) A GM can use Participation Points to improve a players attributes on the "Personality" spectrums.
2) You may only improve one category per player, per season. First, a GM must post an inquiry as to what exactly his internal rating in a category is. If he then wants to spend points to augment that rating, he can do so as follows:
- Future Manager Program (increases a players Leader Ability by 10 points on in game 200 point scale, max 70 point increase): 10 PPTS
- Team Sponsored Vacation (increases a players Loyalty by 10 points on in game 200 point scale, max 70 point increase): 10 PPTS
- Community Charities and Services Program (decreases a players Greed by 10 points on in game 200 point scale, max 70 point increase): 10 PPTS
- College Scholarship (increases a players Intelligence by 10 points on in game 200 point scale, max 70 point increase): 10 PPTS
- Personal Trainer (increases a players Work Ethic by 10 points on in game 200 point scale, max 70 point increase): 10 PPTS
2) The maximum allowed amount for player modifications is 70 points on the internal scale per player, per ability.
3) You may not increase any players rating higher than 150 points on the in game 200 point scale.
4) If you ask for an inquiry and then do not spend PP's to augment that rating, you will be charged 10 PP for the inquiry. If you move forward with an augmentation in the category you inquired on, you will not be charged the 10 PP inquiry fee.

Example:
1) "Roy Hothead" is 26 years old, and hasn't been living up to his potential.
2) His GM posts an Inquiry asking what his current "Work Ethic" rating is.
3) Commish looks it up, and posts that it is currently "67".
4) GM decides to increase it by the maximum 70 points, and spends 70 PP to do so.
5) "Roy Hothead" now has a "137" in Work Ethic.
6) Since the GM spent points on the category inquired on, he will not be charged the 10 PP inquiry fee.
