PP Reward: Age Inquiry

Attempt to jumpstart the development of an aging prospect by checking the validity of that players age.

What it Costs:
1) A GM will spend 10 PP to use this reward, and can only use this reward on one player per season.

Who is Eligible:
1) Any player with no MBBA experience, and who is between the ages of 26-29 years old.
2) Player must not have been born in the United States or Canada.
3) This player must not have had any specialization previously in his career.

How it Works:
1) GM will request an Age Inquiry on a player who fits the above eligibility criteria.
2) A random dice roll program (http://www.roll-dice-online.com/) will be used to complete the inquiry as follows:
*****1-8= NO CHANGE, Age Verified; Player is increased one level on the Local Popularity Scale.
*****9-15= Player is One Year Younger; Player is increased one level on the National and Local Popularity Scale.
*****16-19= Player is Two Years Younger; Player is increased two levels on the National and Local Popularity Scale.
*****20= Player is One Year Older; Player is increased one level on the Local Popularity Scale.

Example:
1) "Jose Prospecto" is 27 years old; born in Mexico on July 1, 1970; his National Popularity is "Unknown" and his Local Popularity is "Fair".
2) GM decides to do an Age Inquiry on him.
3) Dice Roll is a "17", meaning "Jose Prospecto" is actually two years younger.
4) His birthday is changed to July 1, 1972; making him 25 years old.
5) His National Popularity is increased two levels to "Fair", and his Local Popularity is increased two levels to "Popular".
