Rockville will also cover Dempster's player option should he opt in and not retire, transferrable at the beginning of the 2047-2048 offseason.

Cash for this and next season will be transferred at the end of the 2046 season and the beginning of the 2046-2047 offseason.


And thus ends the Big Three.

I can understand were Aaron was coming from, it was a gentleman's agreement if they aren't ironclad I'll still stick by them. Be nice for a player to reach a milestone wearing a Stars uniform be it at the tail end of that milestone. I also have an article idea involving Dempster next season.

Only maybe the last one since it's a restriction put on another team. The cash transfer is kosher and the future commitments are kosher. I'll take it off the trade for official purposes and appreciate that Neil will honor it anyway.
