Seems like a bit of an overpay for Hawaii. I wouldnt have included Mendoza.

Confirmed. I put Hubbard on waivers and DFA (wouldn't let me just do DFA).

All the guys coming to me can go DFA (not DIAF).

But Mendoza is the piece that makes it work for Louisville. Interesting deal. Probably an overpay for Hawaii, but the division is there for the taking and Hubbard is a top-flight CF.

Yeah, not big on the Mendoza part of it. If he had another year or 2 of team control of contract, I'd like it more. But as Ron said, he's right there. 2 of those teams may not be real contenders and CF is an obvious upgrade.

I also like Flannery a lot and think he's probably a better prospect than the game says he is. Probably would of did this deal without the other 2 pieces if I'm Louisville but that's a solid CF he got back too.
