Looks like a sweet deal for Edmonton. Yes Luna is good and young but he is also strictly a reliever.

Yeah, if I'm not going to get the starting pitchers I want then I need to improve upon my bullpen so I can lean on them more. This is me attempting to put more good arms in the bullpen.
