confirmed, I will leave a hole for franco in the rotation and DFA the appropriate guys.

Freddy is basically a #3/4 for me at this point and I cant justify paying $13 million to that kind of guy when he has been backsliding.

export is in, please put franco in the #5 spot on a 110 pitch count. Delgado/Lima can be found in DFA.
