No, but I think it still might apply to MiL free agents. GB approved the change a couple of seasons ago. As soon as you sign your draftees, they are eligible to be traded. I dont think the Constitution was ever amended to reflect this but the GB was consulted on this before it was completed.

There's a lot that attracted me to him. I could have traded more, but I'm glad Brett was merciful. I hope he develops or this deal will look so freaking terrible in a few years.

I'm disappointed in this trade. The Cougars could have had Swallows and (Sean) Spits on the same staff. The play by play man will never get to say....

"Looks like the Cougars are going to turn to Spits as the knuckle baller Swallows appears to be exhausted for the night."
