Trade: Rule 5 rights

Sacramento and I have agreed on a trade for the rights of current Rosenblatt pitcher Yerik Lejnin so that I can retain him while being able to have full rights to send him down to the minors if desired. Please just leave him in the majors for now, but I assume hell need to be released to Sacramento, and then traded back to Rosenblatt?
