Service time issue NSH

3B Isaac Buggins (R) was moved to my 40 man roster after the trade with Charlotte. He should not be there. He is in rookie ball and should have no service time. Game shows 26 days.

Just noticed Buggins is still showing 26 days of service time. Can that be reset?
