This was done last sim and still shows correctly in game, so I'm not sure what you're asking me to do here.

I took a closer look. I think this was done for 2046, not 2045. I will send a screenshot of what I am seeing to a GB member so they can review with me.

This is all set to be locked. No change required. 2 mil to budget and 5 mil to the other misc section was added for the total of 7 mil that was requested. Apologies.
