New Bench Coach Confusion

Hey,

I just signed manager Alex Wallace to a 3 year contract to be my bench coach. However, it looks like he became the manager of the Cocoa Beach Aztecs, Mexico City's FPL team, during the same sim. So, while I did sign Wallace to the deal, my bench coach spot is vacant. But, he is also not the manager of the FPL Aztecs anymore. And when I go to offer Wallace a new contract, it says he has not interested in Vancouver. So, is there any way you could place as him as my bench coach and give him the contract he accepted (3 years, $202k per year)? It says in both my inbox and the sim thread that he accepted the contract.
