Filby released and reassigned

Filby was released by Mumbai and became a FA last sim and I offered him a contract...now he magically appears back on Mumbai...what am I missing here? Was this a glitch? I doubt he would've been released

Even if you go into his history, it shows he was released. Weird.

Yeah, I saw that. This has happened in the past too. Something is buggy.
