Hey Matt - for some reason, Manuel Pena only shows 3 years of major league service time (although 13 years of professional service time). That major league service time is way off - it’s that way in-game, too. I think it should be more like 11 years, if I’m counting correctly. Any way that can be fixed?

Looks like it got reset when he was claimed off waivers by Cairo in 38

I think it’s more a commentary on California, Montreal and Omaha - clearly, OOTP doesn’t recognize them as major league ...
