Rule 5 Eligibility

I'm not sure if we're still modifying these at all, but if so, my C prospect Jesus Rodriguez has only 3-pro seasons and should not be Rule 5 eligible. Not the end of the world if I have to 40-man him now, but I'd prefer he get put back to right. :)

FYI ... even though this was "fixed" last sim, I'm going ahead and moving Rodriguez to the 40-man since our rules say he should be eligible.
