Rule 6 compensation?

I think I've got this right, if it's Madison that owes me a player for Garza, I think
RP Robbie MacPhun should be eligible for selection? It hasn't been easy to trace who was rule 5 eligible last year lol, if it extends to R5 as currently shown I would like to change my selection Matt

I did Steven, thanks. I took quite a while to marry it all up but I think I’ve got it right . . . Providing it is the picking team (Madison) that is liable? I think there was some debate whether it was the picking or the signing team that was the liable one?

So yes, you get to pick a player who has a "#" next to his name anytime now.
