PP Reward Suggestion

I've recently been asking Matt to make my converted coaches a certain type when he makes them, and he's graciously done it (or I've gotten really lucky).

I forgot to ask with a recent one, and I was wondering if we could create a reward to change a coach type. Maybe 5 for each thing changed? Like if you want to go smallball->traditional it's 5 points. And temperamental to easygoing another 5. Or power pitcher to groundballer.

We could require an article about what brought about the change in philosophy. I don't like to make more little work for Matt, but this seems like a useful thing, and it's probably easier than me firing coaches and making new ones all the time.
