San Fernando changes

I believe Angel Garcia is done with his DL stint, so please activate him and put him in loftis' lineup spot vs RHP and switch him to SS with gillstrom at 2B.
Vs LHP lineup is a bit trickier, put gillstrom back to 2B (same batting order spot) and Garcia in at SS. Top 4 in lineup will stay the same and bottom 5 will look like this.
5. SS Garcia
6. RF Maldonado
7. LF Garza
8. C Papadias
9. DH loftis
For both depth charts set all backups to "when starter is tired".
For pitching please put Kinney on 60 day DL (ugh) And call up Mitchell Swanson into his rotation spot.
EDIT: Thanks for doing this recte, it also might be easier to just leave this thread open in case there are other changes the next few sims.
