If we are doing a trade of 2 players drafted, do you want us to wait until the players are in our organizations or post it now.

I remember us changing this but the Constitution doesn't reflect the change yet.

I guess the other question is here is: Do the players need to actually be signed to the team before they can be traded? If they need to be signed before they can actually be traded then most likely after they've been assigned.

But I'm not the commish. Just furthering the conversation on the topic.

I would assume that the players would have to be signed and a part of your organization.
